I believe that cutting an opening on the side to make a door could compromise the structure of the house... as external walls are definitely load bearing.

Hello, I have read on several different posts here and externally that it is both possible and impossible to wholesale a foreclosure.

How would you estimate repair, maintenance and capex on a property with an HOA that covers yard, external maintenance (siding, paint), roof, etc.?

They actually can make a company look bigger by having an external accounting presence. 

The fees from loans, appraisals, inspections, and other involuntary costs are the same for high and low price properties, so the percentage of cost is harsher on lower priced ones.  

I'm curious as to the psychology involved with external security measures.

Externally it is in really good condition.

i approached respectfully, told them i'd like to help them if they needed it...i even offered to buy the junk cars...i wouldn't even say they were offended..they were downright pissed off...luckily, all the other neighbors appreciated my efforts and said they'd been trying to get rid of those things for years..thus, i made friends with those neighbors who watched my property for me...not everyone will take it that bad...i've approached people with harsher words before and got positive reactions...she just happened to be a witch

Maybe there are no changes but with the turning of the new year I thought there might be some external factors I should be looking out forGood Investing
