Hi everyone - I was hoping to get some advice and a recommendation of a good RE attorney.So here is my situation - an HOA foreclosed on a house and I was the winning bidder at the sheriff sale.

I am looking to get back into growing my investments in RE.

It may be fun to organize a meetup before the madness ensues, ha. 

Please tell me about your experience.Though I have experience in other areas of RE, this would be my first sub-to deal.   

Given the recent pickup in activity, I thought this would be a good time to re-hash the agencies' small balance multifamily loan programs for future reference. 

I dont care to ever be a land lord, GP or LP, RE seems to be either a lot of TTT ******** or you invest as an LP have no control over what’s going on. 

You might very well gravitate towards a different RE niche.  

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

We’ve seen and helped other RE investors scale and become successful.

RE isn’t rocket science.
