Love Edgewood, great spot of grabbing a drink/food...not to mention beautiful facilities/grounds (especially in spring/summer)Mott Canyon Tavern & Grill ive been once, great little spot which is right by where you are staying (kingsbury grade). 

Its just a small 7x7 structure to place a gas grill. 

I'm thinking a shared free laundry space is one, perhaps a shared grill on an outdoor ground level patio. 

Most of the "education" out there is littered with "selling the sizzle, butnot the steak".

Call hard money lenders and grill them on how they work.Find solid investors that make money. 

I've gone to two so far in different areas (one in philly riverwards - at Johnny Utahs and the other at Fairmount Grille), they've both been really helpful for me if only because of the contacts that I made.

Some things to include are a vacuum cleaner and a grill

The waiter "Excuse me, there is a shortage of T-bone steaks on the menu". 

That is they way it works whether I'm buying real estate or a steak dinner...if I don't feel like it's a good deal for me I go look for the next deal.  

When I go out to the restaurant , I dont bring my own steak with me .
