Though VS is getting better and better there is always some goofy angles and perspectives that distort dimensions of rooms and what actually fits in the space.3.

From a hassle perspective it isn’t that bad.

at a bare minimum, new paint and carpet/plank everywhere and changing out all the cabinet hardware, electrical covers, fresh light fixtures, etc. will make things look fresh and clean.
