It's helped improve my business ten fold, as it'd be quite literally nothing without it.

Now I am considering pulling the equity I have accumulated in the properties.My concern is two-fold.

Commercial laundries and even local wash and fold places work but they're expensive and they could care less about getting stains out it seems and that's a big thing to save on linens. 

However, "reputable" builders will still reneg on contracts and can just as likely be extremely late in delivery as well as provide a building with many construction problems.  10 fold more than what you would expect in N.

Folding in this context, like in poker, is winning.

The problem is 3 fold:1.

Kings are nice but having 2 Queens instead of 1 King gives more sleeping options.A fold out couch would allow for overflow.I have some queen air mattresses as well, but I don't advertise that I have these or that I can sleep more.
