Hi @Pat Saperstein Sorry for the late reply but I was recovering from this non-Corona flu virus going around.

It's been turned into a Fortress against the virus. 

Healthcare in RI ranks number 8 in the country, so if you are looking to have your children imunized RI has a very strong state program that allows this for all families and many schools offer flu shots regularly to all students.

I have recently been looking at multi families, as I intend on making my first deal when this virus is all over. 

It is possible there is a virus embedded in the PDF.

I was looking for ideas, hopefully online (because of the virus).
