I haven't decided if I am going to try to refinish the floor myself or not..The bathroom floor is particleboard and rotted out, so Ill replace the subfloor myself and plan on it taking two days.I am currently getting firm roofing quotes from 3 contractors that I have used in the past.I am ordering windows tomorrow and plan to install them myself when they get in.Ill try to update with pictures and details as I progress!

your statement was correct pre 08 but not post 08.In many ways with many HML getting a loan will require the exact same qualifications as getting a loan from a bank.. tax returns credit income and experince.. the place for the HML is simply banks DO NOT do rehab loans.. so this has allowed the HML to firm up the requirements.
