I am looking to purchase a residential or commercial multi family in the Sherman/Dennison TX area.

I bought 2 multi-family apartment buildings and plan to purchase another this year. 

I have some buyers looking for multi family in columbus Ohio.

I am currently in the New Hampshire area looking to find some deals here and maybe dabble into Florida and Texas since i have family in both areas.

Average 2-4 family property values are up nearly 6% year over year. 

I was told that Freddie Mac may finance a portfolio of single family homes.
