The need is greatly exaggerated.

The dangers of mold are greatly exaggerated by personal injury lawyers and mold remediation companies.

Some courts will not award damages if the Landlord is the one doing the work because you may be exaggerating the costs.You may never see a dime, but you should still take them to court and then send them to collections.

Thats about the level of magnitude you're looking at to get one of these blanket loans done......And believe me, 3 or 4 times is no exaggeration.

It's also a numbers game.I will contact 100 sellers (no exaggeration) on a weekend. 80 of them won't respond. 10 will say no right away. 10 will say they are interested.

That's certainly an exaggeration.

I've heard a ton of rumors and speculation about shadow inventory, but at the rate that rental properties are increasing in value in my area, I think much of this is exaggeration.

I don't suspect this individual will ever make an appearance on these forums trying to defend himself simply because this person knows damn well, I'm not even remotely exaggerating the truth.
