Is it ethical to place an offer on B and only cancel A in the event that B accepts?

I just recently purchased a home for myself 6 months ago and am ready to invest in rental properties preferably a duplex style home first..I will allow my work ethic and passion to speak for how serious I take this..I just need an opportunity to learnThanks, Shane R.

@David DachteraThat is correct but everyone is looking for the layup and they don't use the work ethic of preparing, searching, going into lots of places, figuring out how they can make money on the property, making an offer that is right for them instead of what the asking price is ect.. 

That does not make it ethical.

(The hold agreement includes my right of rescission prior to lease signing.)Ethically, I'm not sure I agree with the process of soliciting someone else's prospective tenant, for whom they have called me for a reference.

Her ethics are questionable, and we have caught her lying on more than one occasion.

Please know that I'm serious and a fast learner with a strong work ethic.

A bonus to fill it quickly wouldn't change our work ethic.  

If you use agent B or C, Agent A might file an ethics complaint against B or C with the local board.If you do decide to go with B or C it is imperative that you do tell them about agent A so they are aware another agent is in a position to file that complaint and attach their commission.

(I know it is ethically wrong for me not to make a call and have this removed, but if I do it I also don't want to screw myself over).
