Hiring a Seller's Agent - Ethics Question

Hello, looking for advice on hiring a seller's agent.

A few weeks ago I found an agent that operates at a low 2% commission (4.4% total if there is a buyer's agent).  We'll call this agent A.  I found agent A while exploring options to sell my house myself.

I am learning about/trying to get into flipping and ALSO have a friend in the flipping business who is an agent and has show me several properties as an investor.  We'll call her agent B.  She had mentioned that when it was time to sell she could sell my house for 5%.

We are in a major seller's market and I hate to give up the commission, and as stated above, was looking into selling it myself.  I made an appointment with agent A and really like him.  He also set me up with an awesome contractor who is updating my house so that it will sell at the high end vs low end of the typical prices in my neighborhood.  I told him I'd like to use him and he said to get back in touch when the fixes are done.

After that, my friend  (agent B) reaches out - tells me there are no houses to sell and to give her a call.  She wants to discuss selling my house.

Meanwhile, a friend gets ahold of me.  Says one of their really good friends (agent C) has a lot of buyers but nothing to sell ... and wants me to meet with this agent.  I'm just married, which is why I'm selling.  My husband thinks I should meet with agent C because agent C will work to sell the house while repairs are being made.

But I feel if I told agent A I would use him, I should honor that.  Plus he and the contractor know each other well and have discussed my house.  I'd like to stay in good graces with the contractor both during and after this project.  Finally, if I am going to reach out to anyone, I feel it should be my friend (agent B) and give her a shot?

I hope this isn't too confusing to follow - but does anyone have any advise on what to do here?  Stick with A, give my friend B a shot and/or give C a shot to sell early.  Thanks for reading and any advise!  A little more background ... Agent A is also an investor.  Agent A also says he has had to turn away listings before, that the 2% keeps him busy - and that he doesn't have too many listings at a time to be fair to sellers.

Thank You!
