It’s late so reply whenever you may see this.Have quite of few larger multifamily deals (multi million dollar price points ) with underwriting doneWhen it comes to disposition of these type deals, how do you suggest I seek out serious investors / buyers ? 

These new sellers you contact won't want to sell during these months, but the leads that you have been following up with over the months will be more inclined to sell with you.Now, I'm not even going to cover acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination because it seems like you all know this.

It is not your primary disposition, which would be just sell it outright but as a secondary option one to explore.

Hey Jason,We are just closing in on our first wholesale contracts so i haven't dispositioned any yet. 

MAYBE one property where the whole shebang can be dialed in and analyzed carefully, but three is three times the work, all for that low coupon and with little assurance of a big capital event upon disposition.
