How do I structure organization?

Hi BP fam,

Hope everyone is doing well and making some $$$.

My business is growing and starting to attract investors for our value add apartment business.

I want to grow the company more and wondering if y’all have any suggestions for organizational structure. How have you grown ? What people and divisions have you moved to hire first?

Right now we are just about to move to break the 300 unit level.

Thoughts?
