What are people’s thoughts on this given the negative impact of Covid-19 on the international destination Air BnB properties?

I live on Long Island in NY and am hoping to build up a portfolio of long-term single and multi-family rental properties in the coastal Maine - New Hampshire region, where I spend a considerable amount of time and am hoping to make my retirement destination.
