Long Island - Maine - New Hampshire

Hello all,

Just beginning my journey into real estate investing. I live on Long Island in NY and am hoping to build up a portfolio of long-term single and multi-family rental properties in the coastal Maine - New Hampshire region, where I spend a considerable amount of time and am hoping to make my retirement destination.  I have learned a ton lurking on the forum boards and reading the blogs already and think this site is an incredible resource, particularly for a completely green real estate investor.  Very excited to continue learning and finding my first rental property.
