They are using this wording as  a way to deny the risk because in the case of a lawsuit they wouldn’t be able to defend.

I tried to do the same thing but got denied because that type of information is exempt under FOIA rules. 

So you weren’t denied the loan because of the appraisal you will need to bring money to the table.  

I have called the real estate commission and im not getting a straight answer because i will not get a refund if i get denied from the class

If the damage is significant deny the renewal, it’s your building.  

On the foundation side, it sounds like you need a professional to take a look and confirm/deny your suspicions.All told, Michael, only you can decide how many issues are too many, but from the sounds of it, this has the potential to really go sideways on you quickly.

Yeah... the girl was a little too touchy feely, and the roommate saw it... and when I put it in the text, nobody denied that I was lying or exaggerating because they knew I was right.
