I'm okay with a high interest rate up to 15% because I can still breakeven on the mortgage but not sure how to finance this deal without losing my initial payments

I know I fund the deals and pay for the rehab . my clients put on brand new roofs  new panels all new wiring new plumbing windows siding cabinets etc etc..

I have a strong background in sales and business development, with years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and closing deals.

I don’t know if it’s a new law but I was told by my PM at a recent move out it was now considered normal wear and tear and you couldn’t charge for it. 

Just want to know your takeaway before implementation in my website.

Dealing with less substantial amounts like $50k creates more trouble than it's worth.Ideally, I need a single investor who can engage deeply with our numbers & vision and finance the construction of 3-10 cabins at once ($2-6m).

I know I didn't give you a direct answer to your question but the reality is that we're just at the tip of the iceberg.
