Then the subcontractors I hire just have to pickup the misc. materials & consumable items as they need them (e.g. caulking, adhesives, screws, nails, drop cloths, trays, brushes, taping mud, etc.)

I realize her argument will be the smoking takes place outside but my issue with that is the smoke and its odor can be brought in through clothing, hair and if the windows of the building are opened.

At one of our cabins, guests were complaining of a putrid smell emitting from the clothes dryer. 

The one thing I will say that is finicky is the electric on-demand hot water heater: it doesn't like it the hard water from our well so we had to upgrade our water softener to the best one available, and it also doesn't like it when my wife runs the dishwasher, clothes washer, and tries to take two long hot showers at the same time.

What other essential service/goods providers (food/grocers, water, clothing, plumbers/other trades, etc etc) are forced to give away their goods/services for months/years to people who will never pay?  

If you had $17 and the clothes on your back, I am willing to bet it wouldn't matter 1 drop what anyone said of how it "can't" be done, because failure is NOT an option at that point, the next meal depends on it, where you next lay your head depends on it, because you MUST find, make or build a way to how it can and does work.

Food, clothing, SHELTER!

There are clothing, old pots, dishware, boxes, cages, some furniture, couches, chairs, beds, etc.

Whoever’s WiFi the camera is connected to will have full control and if they wanted... turn off (steal clothes) the camera.

If it is small nail holes wipe them down and spackle with as little spackle as possible and wipe excess off  with a damp cloth after 30 minutes to an hour do not sand and let dry.
