Hi @Ryland TaniguchiI completely agree with you in regards to Financial IQ and it's so difficult for newbie investors to learn it and even be able to utilize it.I guess I'm incredibly biased from some of my experience in Teaching and Lecturing Real Estate.I remember very crystal clear when I was Lecturing a group of Investors of all levels, but mostly new Investors, before the Crisis.It was held in Manhattan.

Let me get out my trusty crystal ball and tell you when the next crash will be....

But it might appreciate more than other places...who knows...wish I have a crystal ball..:)
