Is there a creative exit strategy I am missing?

Might find CF in Durham or if entertaining STR or creative investing.

At my investor meetups the new buzz word seems to be "Creative Financing"... subject to deals, seller financing, etc.  

You don't need to be a genius or have specialized knowledge.

I'm sure I sound like a broken record since I discuss this all the time in my other form posts, but in this market, if you want to acquire a cash-flowing asset, you must get creative with your strategy.

So, I have been looking at creative financing, but still don't have a clue.

I mean what else are they saying for that $7k, "break-through" revelations of genius like pick 1,2,3 wall colors for your units and paint em all with that keeping the paint codes so refresh paint can be done via touchup.....

I'm wondering what other types of creative financing or loan products might be available for my situation.

She wants options, and is very open to creative, which is helpful.Once we present these basic ideas, we will want to know 1) what does she need right now, monthly, to let us take the property over (and all headaches) and 2) how soon and how much will you need when you make you Tampa purchase.
