The colors are actually pretty good. 

-HOA approval came back on exterior colors.  

I find out Monday if my offer on a fix and flip here was accepted and I really like what you did with that bathroom and the color scheme.

I used Ben Moore dunmore cream with white semi gloss trim.

In each state their are some counties that are very red and some that are very blue.You can look at the last presidential election map that is colored by county as to who they voted for to get a better idea.

We have a good quality blue carpet in the home currently and are trying to decide whether to keep it, replace it with a more neutral color or replace with some form of wood flooring, laminate flooring or tile flooring throughout.

I had trouble picking a neutral accent row color that would look good and give the shower some pop. 2.

Edit: Hat tip to @jscott -- I had no idea what color to put on the walls, but I remember reading he uses SW Realist Beige in all his flips, so we used that, too.

Exterior: we use a 4 color paint system (Base-Trim-Accent-Door)2.
