What they dont realize is its the FED buying and propping up the entire world.Real Estate has not really budged much in price [in most areas and it takes a long time to move the needle], its in a suspended animation phase, after a couple of months its either going to break out and get back to somewhat normal [like the rest of the world] or its going to crash downwards through to a level we have never seen.
