You need to contact the lender to make arrangements in addressing the delinquency.  

One that can send a message with the seller information included in the message (Seller Name, Property etc) There are many platforms such as REIreply , Batchleads, Launch Control , Smarter Contacts , Lead Sherpa etc.

It is be difficult to answer in details on a post but I will give you some general info here as a guide:- The legal limit will depend on your location, layout of your house, and parking availability.

I would simply contact a sign company and see what they would lease the land for.

But really the only info out there on them is marketing material (I'm talking to you Brett!).

I am trying to manage the asset and the property managers.Here is the basic functionality I'm looking for: Property View: Customizable view that allows me to select a given property and view, update, and save information including the obvious facts, plus ownership %'s, reserves to be held each month, property tax/insurance info, purchase and loan info.

While a lot of flippers won't give out their contractor info, they should be willing (or even proud) to tell you how much they are paying for rehab costs.
