I've noticed all carriers are different so communicate what you want and ask them the options.Changing from personal to LLC is time consuming and kind of costly, but in my opinion worth it.

I won't beat a dead horse here but make sure you have a solid contract, some kind of project management communication that is on a weekly basis with photo and or video documentation of progress.
