Just a heads up when you go to court they will most likely offer them a list of charities to try and work with and give them a month or so to try and get approved.

We can only help the poor when we earn a profit and have something left over to give to a worthy charity of our choice.

A portion of the earnings would go to charity, but most is reinvested until I reach my goal annaul income, then I start spending 30% or more on charity.

Otherwise, someone decided that you'd be a charity for them.
