I have a buyer selling his 8 homes in Buffalo now to come here and buy homes (but the value of his 8 will only buy a few down here).Values have been increasing by double digits in most of the state for a decade, rents have increased as well, but just couldn't keep pace with appreciation.

They're pretty good and provide good coverage.I had a house in Buffalo, which burned 3 days after buying and insuring.

Unfortunately for me I am needing to pull the funds for paying debts, but after that I will have about $10k left so I am thinking of using it on an investment property....a cheap one....like in my hometown of Buffalo.
