You won't have any late payments, unless a check bounces (look into overdraft protection) so you won't have late fees either.Or, put a really good late payment fee on late payments. 10% usually gets the attention of any borrower.

Yeah, Muncie does have its share of problems, and I have similar stories to you, but as a whole Muncie seems to be bouncing back better than some smaller towns of similar size.
