Being in the property management world I have noticed a boom going on in Morgantown WV.

So first things first, you want to work with someone that really knows what's going on in the booming neighborhoods and they should be able to paint a clear enough picture for you as to why that area is good to invest in.

In certain states title companies can provide an affidavit for the court asking the judge to "Set aside" or Vacate the judgement based on new owners.The court or collector could then re-file the judgement against the correct person as a "floating judgement" or lien against their property/assets.
