comment 3, no it is not paid to the insurance company but it is treated as a deductible ie you need to put it towards the payment of your rehab/reconstruction, just like an auto policy that requires you pay the body shop your deductible as a precursor or co-cursor of insurance funds dispersal

Personally, I prefer to see 1% of ARV, which we were not at on this one, rather were at 0.90%, but close enough given the significant equity capture we had).Scanning the comments, I think someone pointed out: the lower-end markets/houses will have better yields typically.Â

Doesn't meet the 1% test (175,000 * .01 = 1750) 50% test is not met either (1250*.5 = 625*12=7500/0.08 = $93,750), but those are only scan tests.As a NOO it meets the 1% test, and passes the 50% test(2500*.5=1250*12=15,000/0.08 = 187,500).Â
