I have attended many valuable educational sessions covering real estate sales, purchases, rehab, laws, regulations, contracts, structure, construction, etc.

Also, there is a Greensboro DealMakers session tonight, though they are usually on the first Tuesday of each month. 

He would last 30 minutes of his business day grab a few of the complaint forms at Nestle and call the peron. so he would get on the phone and say this is Mike I am president of Staufer foods and you had a complaint about our mac and cheese.. he was talking to a house wife in Kokomo or some other city.. take notes then discuss at management sessions... lots of take aways from his business style.

Nightly rents are $400 per night during session (though mgt fees are 50/50 split). 

We will have a short discussion and brain storming session about coordinating efforts to improve targeted streets or sections of neighborhoods. 

I'd definitely be up for some networking/market discussions/brainstorming sessions etc...
