Outside of that, Multis are like pink elephants or unicorns.

The fact that I've lived in Minnesota for 25 years and never heard of Renville County tells me something-LOL  Just kidding (barely)  it's a place that has a more cows and tractor seats than people so be aware of what you are thinking about pursuing.

They service most of the metro area including the outlying barely metro area.  

I invested in the US and, even though the US value and dollar has increased, it's barely keeping up with the property increases in the lower mainland.  

I'm sympathetic to their situation but we are barely covering our moderate operating expenses.Should we?
