Hello- Moving to Maryland-Looking for Info
Recently found out we will be moving to Maryland later this summer (currently in Alaska). Wanted to say Hello to my fellow BPers in the area. I see there are about three meet-up groups in the area. I am looking to connect with like-minded investors.
In addition, looking for the "scoop" on areas to check out (or avoid). I know that is a broad statement but we will be looking for an owner occupy triplex or four-plex so any tidbits of info would help. Currently looking at Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, but open to other areas within a 40 minute commute of Bethesda. Thank you!

@Brandon L., @Shari Lawson welcome. There are really only 2 locations for multifamilies - Washington DC & Baltimore city. Outside of that, Multis are like pink elephants or unicorns. There are a few in Capital Heights MD, and further out past Balt county, but Mont county...not. There is some duplexes in Alexandria, but those would probably be off market.
