Are there any specific clauses I should include in a room-by-room lease for a shared living space?

My name is Chandler Koch and I live in Boise, Idaho with my wife and 2 kids.

I cannot assist w/ the acquisition of the property but do have an FHA product that is specific for home improvements.

HiI am real estate investor and Realtor living in Naperville, IL.

I informed them that their contract states they are expected to pay up until the end of the agreement regardless of living their or not. 

Have you asked her why she doesn't like living there and if she's considered moving? 

If you live paycheck to paycheck and do all this you are never going to become an investor because you aren't willing to change your lifestyle now for something you can have in a few years.  

I wouldn't start investing in the US if you have no plans on coming back from living in China.

She has a ton of units in Des Moines and still lives in the area so may be able to give you some advice on what might work there and what won't.
