I understand you have empathy for your tenants, and that is admirable, but at the end of the day you are still operating a business and you have to look out for yourself as well.

I don't do mail but have always admired the broader casting of your net. 

There are very few people I admire.

Today those same family members respect me and admire what I have created.

While the commitment there is admirable, it is probably more of a dangerous idea than a redeeming one.  

You make a deal, you buy a piece from an artist whose work you admire.

Or they have to rent from landlords who could afford to buy with cash.I see what you see here in Atlanta, and I admire what you are trying to do...but it may be hard to make the math work on new affordable development.
