This post was similar to one of those "Fortune Magazine" , best place to buy "house" is in .... , best place to buy rental is in ... ; best place to retire is ....... however without further analysis on cap rate or CoC or any other further data analytics it's still not an investable metric.But I still enjoyed the list though hehehe, it's quite a good list to read only. 

Of course they will try to take advantage of a glut of rentals.To new folks: have you ever heard of the adage, when you see a Bull on the cover of Time magazine, the top in the stock market is in.

As a fellow New Yorker finding deals here that work is few and far between and that is why I invest and work for a company based out of Lexington, Kentucky.It's a great market and fast growing and their is still a ton of opportunity for great deals.

I couldn't believe I read this.I was in the magazine section of Walmart while my wife was looking for craft materials for her kindergarten students.I was drawn to "The Essential Retirement Guide" (from Centennial Media in 2022) where the cover article wrote about several financial planning tenants.It addressed how to estimate how much income you'd need in retirement, how much money you'd need to reliably provide that income, how to structure your portfolio to balance out risks, etc.The paragraph before the final summary read as follows (I took a picture and think of it often):"Other assets in investor portfolios can also influence asset allocation.
