I see the comps are similar in square feet. 

The single bedroom apartments must be about 1488 square feet from my calculations because 35,719 square feet divided by 24 is 1488 which is quite large for a single bedroom apartment..  

@Jessica Carcamo for context, I’m a millennial and I own 3 different properties (including my primary residence) in 3 different states (WA, ID, FL) valued at $2.3M.

Expect to pay $120-170 per square foot since it's an existing structure.

Is it a 2/1 but the square footage is large?
