The walls were very close to Casual Khaki, Sentimental Beige and in the house with white kitchen cabinets, Spun Wool.

If they are smoking pot in your unit the smell can soak into the walls and carpet which can drive down the resale value and chase away a lot of good future renters.

It gives you a firsthand account what burning hard work, a no nonsense/balls to the wall, desire to dream enormously attitude can do.

This would be another question for the heating specialist.If the runs in the baseboards are split from freezing, there is a good chance the risers in the walls (if you have 2-stories) may also be compromised.  

She might be in there taking a sledge hammer to the walls for all you know, right?

All of the copper had been stripped and a couple walls torn up.  

We saw some small crack in the walls of a house we are interested in, but regular home inspection doesn't call out any red flags.
