I took a loss in my Las Vegas timeshare.

I’ve never seen a 15 year old water heater in Vegas, they last about 10, maybe less.

Hello,I have a timeshare with Marriott in Las Vegas and I want to sell it.

I would never invite anyone to Vegas.

My dad recently asked me to help him sell the house so we can purchase another house closer to home, maybe somewhere in Vegas or Phoenix.

I would finance it for the price of approximately 130k after taxes and would pay about 15k to have it installed (which can be financed with the board as well) The billboard company hasn’t given me a down payment amount but I’m thinking I can get it around 5-10% The location is right by the exit for a large casino that is already willing to rent.

Purchase price: $135,000 Cash invested: $14,000 2016 Buy and Hold purchase in Las Vegas, currently double equity What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'm new to investing in the Las Vegas area.
