Lots of toys compared to many in the Bay Area. 

If you are both driving $100K vehicles, have expensive toys like a speed boat and are taking exotic vacations, you could be high income earners that are over leveraged.

I've watched some people who deliberately don't park in front of the house where they are visiting and park blocking another person's garage across from where I live-there is no one parked in front of the house they are going to.  Yes

I have found that people appreciate the small things-kids toys, games, baby gear, a local bottle of wine at the welcome.  

Junk": Hoarder type junk, or typical junk left behind by low income renters, such as clothes, mattresses, kids toys, old food, etc..., or are you talking about removing "Scrap" from demo jobs, such as old cabinets, old furnaces, old water heaters, old wallboard, lath and plaster demo, etc.. (???)

She was instinctively possessive of her food and her toys, which we never encouraged nor taught nor experienced with any of our other dogs, and was also fiercely protective of us while our other Labs were just big goofballs and probably would have happily went off with anyone. 

Sort of like mom telling me to pick up my toys as a kid but at a deeper soulful social level.  

The ceiling in the bathroom was full of meth residue and there was smoking and cooking paraphernalia and sex toys and porn mags all over the house. 

I’m currently toying with the idea of going for a small multifamily property instead of a single-family home to make the numbers work in a more competitive market.
