I have been looking at working with the following firms, and they all seem to have different opinions on Nevada/Wyoming entities, series LLC, land trusts, etc.

I'm not a lawyer, but my lawyer recommended a series LLC for us.

.- RE attorney: discuss whether or not forming a series LLC is right for me.- Financial Planner: Again, just want to make sure I'm doing everything right.I'd appreciate any recommendations you may have for people you've worked with that you like and who understand the specifics of RE investing.

Finally, use all these numbers, including purchase price, repairs, rental income, expenses, and sales price or cash out refi after X number of years (you can play with these parameters) and calculate IRR on the series (can use the excel function to do this) ... this is your total return, over the life of the investment, including ALL sources of profit.

The other night, I was watching a hockey game (yes, I'm Canadian) on tv and browsing Facebook when a post from a local Facebook classified group caught my attention.

With the downturn in the market and even more  the continuing pumping of money by central banks into other economies around the world, the likelihood of a series of FED increases is diminishing.  

Should I do a series LLC?

Im curious how everyone's strategies may change with the current rate hike, and what will likely be a series of hikes going forward.
