Mentorship Program for Wholesaling

I've been coming across so many different mentorship programs online. Which one do you guys recommend? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Samantha Cunha, the problem is: how do you trust the person recommending the Mentor? Have a read of this thread:-

If you don't know where to find like-minded people in your area, you could instead ask about any local REI meetings.

My question is: why aren't you looking for bargain-priced PROPERTIES for sale instead, and then posting the general details as to what you like about them, and asking for feedback about possible pitfalls? It's all here on BP! All the best...
