Some of the outer towns aren't going to be as great unless they are near Flathead Lake. 

I can't really find what she wants though where she's looking and there doesn't seem to be many rehabbed homes outside of some of the malta/ ballston lake new build developments so might end up trying to rehab something for her. 

Sort of like saying, go jump in the lake naked, but you're not allowed to get wet.

I have a 4 bedroom a few miles away that I get $1,700 but this neighborhood is a little further out but it is walking distance to a very nice lake.  

Estates, Wiggins Lakes   .... just o start with the conversation . 

EIther way I'd lake to replace/update both bathrooms.
