With one address and the units individually labeled A,B,C,D...?

This is a B/B-, mostly blue-collar area in Clearwater, FL.

We did a flip last year in a great A-B class area, did all the work ourselves, so it took 7 months.

14) So let me get this right, A+B/B+C, C picks out the title company however I, as B, walk in title company ask for a double close, then call up A, then A comes over, me & A, sign, no money exchanged yet, then me & C signs, then C pays me to pay A ?

Is this a A B C or D neighborhood?

UW didn't get more conservative, leverage didn't drop, asset class (A/B versus B/C) didn't change. 

that's pretty good @David Dawkins. are your units MF in AB class or do you have middle class holdings as well?

And internal liner with impregnated fibreglass is ~2x a dig/ insert abs liner.

I’ve found they’re overly rosy wrt sk/ AB lately but not without value.
