(If it was an occupied home)Double closings are about a thing of the past with new 3 day settlement rules, ALTA has issued new requirements concerning this method, you'll find it hard to find a closer that will do it, IMO.Wholesaling can be done ethically and legally by taking title, that's not what these no money folks are trying to do, but there are methods to take title without much money, they just aren't aware of them.
