Foregoing hours in the morning that I'd enjoy sleep but would rather get up and go to the gym so that I can spend my evening after work reading, scrolling BP, and spending time with my loved ones at home.

You want potential travelers to stop scrolling and click on your listing.

My posts will not stop dishonest operators but at least readers can scroll through and make their own decisions as to who is honest and who isn't.

I still say the email/inbox feature is awful because of how much scrolling I have to do and/or how difficult it is to find a previous message from someone (i.e. a sort by sender would be nice wouldn't it????).

But I wouldn't discount them for fix-n-flip perhaps.Unfortunately the BP app on iOS won't let me scroll the text field.
