There are some exceptions to a lender's ability to accelerate the note if the transfer was done for estate planning purposes although that usually involves a trust, not an LLC (Again, don't listen to me, i'm not a lawyer or CPA). if they do accelerate, you are afforded the right to cure any breach subject to the acceleration so, ok, darn, you got caught...put it back.

I expect I way over estimated the number of STRs and Hotel rooms and occupancy is closer to 75% to 90% for 2024 depending on the economy, but mostly on the product/service/location being offered by each owner/property and the manager (including self) ability to actually be a manager.

Well Don, it depends on the desirability of the asset to other possible buyers (As guessed at by me), as well as if the offer is predetermined to be a lowball offer.Some sellers do not have a lot of ability to go down much and a plethora of buyers may drive the price up above what I think it should sell for .
