Sorry, don't remember the author, I taught the class years ago.Actually, what I mentioned could easily be consumed in a few days, you only need an understanding so that you get a big picture and you'll see how things fall into place and the inter-relationships.What you need is a good small library.

I won't have computer access unless I go over to the library...so....please don't think because I am not here for eight or nine days that I've given up...I will have paper and pen and will be able to check in sporadically from my phone....so I promise to continue working on a letter as often as I can...The end of April is kind of the deadline for me to present my request to the HOA board members of neighborhoods we are thinking of buying/building in...And again...I am not sure this is the best solution??
