Im sure your local library has plenty of books on the matter and when you exhaust your resources on real estate law as to the aspects of assignments of contracts then this forum and several others can help.

I don't use Outlook, but the mail client I was using pulled the mail down from the server to my PC.

Dont have a kindle, but grabbed it up to read on my pc.

Your library may have a copy and it get still gets shown at community centers and colleges.

Before you do drop one dime on learning materials I would also suggest local library and look up the matter of real estate wholesaling.

The library is always the best option but some of the material there could be outdated (just always check it first).

I don't have attorneys hand me contracts or many forms as they will generally get a boiler-plate off thier legal library.

Sorry, don't remember the author, I taught the class years ago.Actually, what I mentioned could easily be consumed in a few days, you only need an understanding so that you get a big picture and you'll see how things fall into place and the inter-relationships.What you need is a good small library.

I won't have computer access unless I go over to the library...so....please don't think because I am not here for eight or nine days that I've given up...I will have paper and pen and will be able to check in sporadically from my phone....so I promise to continue working on a letter as often as I can...The end of April is kind of the deadline for me to present my request to the HOA board members of neighborhoods we are thinking of buying/building in...And again...I am not sure this is the best solution??
