@Andrea FinkelsteinHello, we had some pest problems too, and roaches are the same everywhere, soooo In my home land we use a mixture of sugar glass and baking soda, equal parts, mix well and place one spoonful per corner, they will die in their nest, and other roaches will become ill as well, just give it max 15 days, you will spend $20.00 maximum.

There is a mixture of how good you could have each one and sometimes having the best unit in a crappy area just won't work financially - but it does help maybe attract the best possible tenants in the area.
