I want to share my experience, and hopefully can get some feedback on what I can do better.Before we start a little background about me.My name is Theodor Chung from Federal Way, Washington, I went to the Marine Corps at the ripe age of 18 and finished my active duty at 22, after I got out I joined my family business (restaurants, bars, small commercial property management).

They are a marine veteran couple who moved from the east coast to California.

He is a go getter but I would expect nothing less from a fellow Marine.

A little about me: I'm active duty Marine Corps stationed in San Diego, I recently bought a condo and plan to stay here until I am eligible for retirement in 2027.

All this from reading books and serving my country as an Active Duty Marine.

I am RE Broker in Marin County CA and future investor.

I am looking to move back there after I retire from the Marine Corps and have $10,000 per month in passive income through multifamily properties.

I’ve been working in heavy civil and Marine construction my whole career, 16 years mostly as a superintendent and project manager, and did residential framing with my dad growing up, and recently bought my first home and did some rehab to that including managing some residential subs, My parents were framing subcontractors but held their gc license.

Marine 1995-1999 and had several VA loans personally.
