My recommendation is to reach out to people here on BP and LinkedIn who do exactly what you are considering doing, and meet up with them in Sac Town and get a real-world view of each.

I've been looking for entry-level property management positions on Linkedin and the other job recruiting websites, however, the experience is what I lack which eliminates me from almost all of the job openings.

then start networking in person or via social media.. now that you know who your avatar is, you can create social media posts that will attract these people to you.. and you build relationships that way. start building your team. ask who do i need to have on my team to be successful with what i want to do. then go out and find themjoin fb/linkedin groups and start posting in there. start adding value to the group before you put out your ask.. or you can post "newbie here looking to build my team. im looking for someone who can...good luck happy hunting and let me know if i can be of assistance. we all started at the beginning..

Has she scoured LinkedIn for students or graduates of the program and messaged them to ask them questions?  

I've found 5-7 I attend regularly by looking on LinkedIn.

I've connected with people on BP and on linkedin, have a zoom meeting, and sometimes they invite me on their podcast.

@Chris Keil there is a large and active group of mobile home park investors on Linkedin.

It seems D4D may be outdated as you can reach quite a few people through Linkedin/FB etc.. to help with marketing and finding motivated sellers?
